Patient admitted to hospital in Plymouth with Legionnaires disease.

A case of Legionnaires disease has just been confirmed in Plymouth.

The patient is currently in hospital receiving treatment and where it was contracted is still unknown.

Public Health England (PHE) and Plymouth Council have launched an investigation into the source of the infection.
